MST Golf offers limited warranty for products purchased from MST Golf stores and MST Golf’s e-commerce sites in Malaysia. Warranty claims are subject to review by MST Golf and relevant suppliers, ensuring a fair and accurate assessment. Final approval is at the absolute discretion of MST Golf.
Warranty Exclusions & Coverage
Exclusions:
MST Golf does not provide warranty for:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident or handling.
- Damage from improper storage e.g., excessive heat, moisture or chemicals, etc.
- Normal wear and tear e.g., paint scratches, rust, cosmetic blemishes, etc.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
Coverage:
The warranty period begins on the date of original product purchase, which refers to the date the item was first bought, regardless of any exchanges due to defects. Replaced products or parts of products will assume only the remaining warranty period of the original product purchase.

Claim Process:
To request for a warranty service, please return the product(s) to the MST Golf outlet where it was originally purchased or email to cs@mstgolf.com if it was purchased through our website.
Claim Resolution
If the warranty claim is approved, MST Golf may at its sole discretion choose to:
- Repair the product; or
- Replace the defective product or parts with the same or similar item; or
- Offer to replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
