  • Tier promotions (e.g. Buy 2 items to enjoy 20% OFF) are applied as a bundle offer.
  • If any item from a tier promotion is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the promotion requirement, the return will not be approved.
  • Customers must return all items purchased under the same tier promotion for the return to be eligible.
  • Partial returns for tier promotions are not allowed, as the discount is only valid when the minimum purchase quantity is met.

  • Items cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • This offer is only valid during said promotional period;
  • If a customer returns any of the items within the PWP offer, they must also return the item with reduced price;

• GWP (Gift with Purchase)
  • GWP (Gift with Purchase) promotion offered free gift after certain amount of purchase
  • This promotion only applicable to selected products as stated in promotion materials;
  • During promotional period, all purchases above the qualifying minimal spend (after all Promotion Codes, Discounts) amount will be eligible to receive the free gift. Free gifts are only redeemable on the same online order, and limited to 1 free gift per transaction;
    
  • All free gifts are: subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No part of the gift is exchangeable for cash or any other gift;
    
  • This offer cannot be applied to previous purchase;
  • If a customer returns any of the items within the GWP offer, they must also return the free gift;

5. Exclusions

• No price adjustments will be made for items purchased before or after the sale.

6. Product Availability

• All items are available while stocks last.
• In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, MST Golf reserves the right to cancel or replace the item with a product of similar value.
  
  

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Exchange is not available for any items purchased under this promotion.
• Return and refund are not applicable for clearance and special price items.
• For non-clearance items, return requests will be reviewed according to MST Golf’s Online Returns Policy.
• Any defective or incorrect item received must be reported to MST Golf Online Customer Service within 3 working days of receiving the order.
  
  

8. Order Fulfilment

• Orders will be processed and shipped based on standard delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to high order volume during the promotion period.
  
  

9. ILoveGolf (ILG) Membership Points

• ILG Points are earned based on the final amount paid for products after all discounts and vouchers are applied.
• Please ensure that the registered mobile number or email address used at checkout matches your ILG membership details to ensure correct allocation.
• Points will be credited only after the order has been successfully shipped out.
• MST Golf will not be responsible for any unallocated points due to incorrect or mismatched contact information.

• In case of dispute, MST Golf’s decision shall be final and binding.
