How do I earn points?

What is birthday reward?
You will can enjoy earning 3x points on all purchases made during your birthday week and even receive surprise rewards.
Do I get incentives for referring friends and family?
Use your referral link or code to invite your friends and family; you will receive 500 MST Golf Points once they sign up.
What are my points worth?
- Every 1 point is worth RM0.02. In other words, 100 points = RM2.
- Points can be used to offset your next purchase in store or redeem vouchers/products via the MST Golf membership portal.
How long does it take for my points to be updated?
Points are credited instantly for in-store purchases. For online orders, points will be credited 14 days after the order has been shipped.
Do my points expire?
Yes. For any purchases made in 2025, points earned will expire on 31 Dec 2026. Starting 1 Jan 2026, points earned from purchases will have a 12-month rolling validity (e.g., points earned on 14 Jan 2026 expire on 1 Feb 2027).
Can I merge points from two different accounts?
No, points cannot be merged or transferred between separate accounts.
Can I earn points when I make a payment with a Gift Voucher?
Yes, based on the total spend including the voucher value.
Can I earn points when I purchase Gift Vouchers?
No, purchases of Gift Vouchers are not eligible to earn points at the moment.
How do I check for my current points amount?
You can check by logging in at http://member.mstgolf.com/ to view your balance and history anytime.
How can I update my details?
Update your information through the member portal at http://member.mstgolf.com/ or email to our customer support (cs@mstgolf.com) for help.
Is there a MST Golf membership mobile app?
Our MST Golf member portal at http://member.mstgolf.com/ is mobile friendly and easily accessible through your mobile browser.
What if I don’t get my activation email or SMS?

Existing Members
What do I get as an existing member with this new system?
You’ll receive 500 bonus points (equivalent to RM10) after successfully signing into the new MST Golf member portal at http://member.mstgolf.com.
Is there a difference between my previous ilovegolf membership and this new MST Golf program?
Yes, this new membership program replaces the previous ilovegolf loyalty program. It offers a refreshed experience with new features, better rewards, and exclusive member offers. All current members are automatically migrated to the new system.
What happens to my previous ilovegolf points?
All valid ilovegolf points will be carried over to the new MST Golf membership program. Expired points will not be shown.
What happens to the current MST Golf App?
The existing MST Golf App will be phased out. All features and benefits will be available on the new MST Golf member portal at http://member.mstgolf.com.
Are there any changes to the points structure?
The points value remains the same, but the structure has been simplified:
- Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at MST Golf stores, MST Golf Arena, MST Golf Lab, and mstgolf.com
- Redeemable at 1 point = RM0.02 on your next purchase

Why is my total number of points different in the new system?
Your total points have been automatically adjusted to match the new point structure. While the point quantity may differ, the value remains the same (previously: 1 point = RM0.03 with RM1.50 per point earn rate; now: 1 point = RM0.02 with RM1 per point earn rate).
