These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines of the MST GOLF Membership Program. Please read them carefully before registering for or using the Membership.
1. General
- The MST GOLF Membership Program is a loyalty program operated by MST Golf Sdn Bhd (“MST Golf”).
- By registering for or using your MST Golf membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), which may be amended from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at https://member.mstgolf.com.
2. Membership Eligibility
- Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 and above with a valid email address and mobile number.
- Each member may hold only one membership account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated at MST Golf’s discretion.
- MST Golf reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every RM 1 spent at participating MST Golf Retail stores, MST Golf Arena, Golf Lab, and online at shop.mstgolf.com.
- Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after discounts and before tax.
- No points are awarded for purchases made with gift vouchers until the voucher is redeemed toward a purchase.
4. Redeeming Points
- 1 point = RM 0.02 in value.
- Points can be redeemed to offset purchases at checkout in MST Golf Retail stores or converted to digital vouchers for online use at shop.mstgolf.com.
- There is no minimum redemption amount.
- Redeemed points cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.
- MST Golf reserves the right to change the points earning or redemption rate with prior notice on official channels.
5. Points Validity & Expiry
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning (rolling validity).
- Expired points will be automatically deducted and cannot be reinstated.
- MST Golf is not responsible for any expired, unredeemed, or forfeited points.
6. Rewards & Campaigns
- Members may receive bonus points or exclusive offers through promotional campaigns organized by MST Golf.
- Birthday rewards are issued automatically each year to eligible members with a verified birthdate.
- Referral rewards are granted when a referred friend completes his or her registration using the valid referral link or code.
7. Account Management
- Members can view their points balance and transaction history at https://member.mstgolf.com
- Members are responsible for keeping contact information (email and mobile number) accurate and up to date.
- For login issues or account activation, members may reset their password via the portal or email cs@mstgolf.com.
8. Termination of Membership
- MST Golf shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the MST Golf Membership program or its rewards.
- In the event of a discrepancy, MST Golf’s decision shall be final.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Members may request account closure by emailing cs@mstgolf.com
- MST Golf may suspend or terminate a membership if a member breaches these T&C or engages in fraudulent activities.
- Upon termination, all unredeemed points will be forfeited.
10. Privacy Policy
- MST Golf collects and uses personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
- Member data may be used for communication, marketing, and program administration purposes.

10. Amendments
- MST Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ILG program at any time with reasonable notice.
- Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
