• Cup face produces more ball speeds and more distance - The Forged Iron KURO uses a rolled high strength spring steel face which creates more spring effect. The CUP face features an L shape which improves the rebound on the lower part of the face where most players typically hit the ball. A bigger sweet spot equals an iron that minimizes distance loss even on miss hits.
• Soft feel at impact - The high strength face allows for a variable thickness design, thinner towards the top and thicker towards the sole. This improves spring effect lower in the face and improves feel at impact, providing that soft forged feel that many love.
• Unique face milling creates stable consistent spin - A hexagon shaped laser milling on the face helps create the optimal spin by stabilizing spin performance even on miss hits or in inclement weather.
