Restriction of Movement Initiative 2020


Following the announcement by the Prime Minister on the evening of 16th March 2020 to impose tight restrictions on public movements to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the country, MST Golf is announcing the temporary closure of all retail store operations nationwide from 18th to 14th of April 2020.

All MST Golf outlets will be temporarily closed and any planned events and on-ground activities will be cancelled with immediate effect to make way for the COVID-19 precautionary measures announced by the Malaysian government.

With the extension announcement we feel it best to extend the closure to include our online platform, taking effect at lunch (12 Noon) 27th March 2020. Any orders placed before this closure will be delivered as indicated below.

As this is a rapidly evolving situation, we at MST Golf are monitoring the situation closely and will communicate any updates and additional information via our Facebook and Instagram channels.

Your health and safety remains our top priority during this time . We thank you for your patience, support and understanding as we go through these difficult times together.

Please note the following regarding our online orders sent out before closure of the web store:
1. All orders will have increased lead times of up to 4 days
    Current: West Malaysia: 3 - 5 Working Days (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
    New: West Malaysia: 3 - 9 Working Days (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
    Current: East Malaysia: 5 - 7 Working Days (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
    New: East Malaysia: 5 - 11 Working Days (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)

2. We strongly advise against delivery to office buildings during this period. Due to business closures around the country we would appreciate if you could utilize your residential address for your orders during this period. If you do use a business address in this period we at MST Golf cannot guarantee a successful delivery.

3. Our Customer Services will be slightly limited but still available should you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please be advised we will only be contactable by email.

4. Order Tracking may be affected as the information flow comes from our 3rd part service providers and we cannot anticipate their staff shortages during this period.
