What Mizuno Say:
New Cortech face design gives strength to the centre of the face and adds mass. The thin areas of the face create extra deflection. Aerospace forged elite titanium is 10% stronger than 6Al-4V Titanium, making it possible to design the thinner walls while maintaining the strength. MP Driver Type 1 is designed for a low, straight shot, while Type 2 is designed for a mid-trajectory shot.
Features & Benefits:
- H.I.T. - Harmonic Impact Technology first introduced in their irons and now briught tot he driver, ensures better sound at impact and as a direct result improves feel.
- Quick Switch - The Quick Switch System allows the loft of the MP driver to be altered. Allowing changes from 7.5 degrees to 11.5 degrees in 0.5 degree increments provide a wide selection of flight options.
- Amplified Wave Sole Design - The unique Wave design in the sole allows the face to flex, this generates better energy transfer into the ball and increases ball speeds for greater distance.
Our Recommended Player Profile:
The MP Type-2 is a 460 CC driver but is aimed at the mid-to-low handicap player looking for a mid-launching, low spinning driver head. With its neutral flight bias it is also very workable from the tee.
